January 2007
Anglo-Suisse Texas Offshore Partners logs 78 feet of gas pay in the MI 656 #3 well. This is the second well in the sequence in the Company’s Matagorda drilling program. The well will be tested following the installation of the single well caisson and 6” pipeline.

January 2007
Anglo-Suisse Offshore Partners production from its Central Gulf of Mexico properties show a 31% increase in oil and 35% increase in gas compared to 2005.

December 2006
Anglo-Suisse Texas Offshore Partners tests gas from the MI 656 #2 well and an initial flow rate of 8 mmscfg from the ROB C formation at 5600’. The well encountered 72 feet of net pay. The well will be tied back from a single well caisson to the B platform.

November 2006
Anglo-Suisse Texas Offshore Partners contracts the Pride Mississippi for an 8 month contract to drill development wells in its Matagorda leases, MI 632, MI 656 and MI 657. The first well in the sequence will spud this month.

April 2006
Anglo Suisse Investments and Arclight Capital Partners have formed a new entity under the Anglo Suisse umbrella named Anglo-Suisse Texas Offshore Partners (ASTOP). This entity purchases all the assets of Paloma offshore. These assets include a 100% undivided working interest in the following offshore leases: Matagorda Island (MI) 632 Lease G03091 Matagorda Island (MI) 656 Lease G03096 Matagorda Island (MI) 657 Lease G04139 Anglo-Suisse intends to develop the significant reserve base mainly in the ROB C formation. These reserves which are classified as proved undeveloped and low risk exploration are expected to provide a significant production base for the Company in the Western Gulf area.

SAFE Program recognizes and commends those operating companies that expend extra effort and conduct their operations in a safe manner, adhering to all regulatory requirements, employing trained and motivated personnel and taking extra steps to enhance the safety of operations.
