Brian has the deep financial management expertise required by ASOP.  Prior to joining ASOP, Brian was head of the Ernst & Young Corporate Finance Houston office where he was responsible for restructurings, merger and acquisitions and capital sourcing engagements in the energy sector.  His 20+ years experience includes serving as the CFO for King Ranch Energy , a privately held E&P production company focused on the Gulf of Mexico. Brian has an MBA from the University of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and holds Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
